Question 1: How was the introduction, storyline, character pacing, and your overall impression of the novel?
The Prologue was captivating. Part I was a bit slow but I was still hooked. This book was more than just wars, it was about how we as people, no matter what time we live in, learn and grow through the challenges of life. Day of War was worth reading.
Day of War is definitely action packed and reminded me of Braveheart and Saving Private Ryan. If you like action and fighting then you will like Day of War.
As one who does not like the sight of blood I wish the author wouldn't have left such detailed war scenes.

It leaves the reader wondering how they would react and answer to these questions of life. The word recommend cannot capture the intensity for all to read this book!
